Production in our company can be divided into five sectors:

Within the mentioned sectors, we also provide services. By clicking on one of the sectors above, you can see the machines we have at our disposal.
We also have technicians who are in charge of working in the field if assembly of our products is required.
Laser cutting of sheet metal
We have the opportunity to offer the service of cutting metal sheets with a 6 kW fiber laser measuring 1500×3000 mm. The high-precision laser machine enables fast and clean cutting of various materials. With high power and accuracy, it guarantees reliable results without the need for additional processing. Considering that it also has an exchangeable work table, it is suitable for large and fast serial production.
The maximum cutting thicknesses for different materials are as follows:
up to 25 mm for steel sheet,
up to 20 mm for chrome and aluminum,
up to 12 mm for brass,
In order to perform the laser cutting service, it is necessary to send us a drawing in DWG format to the email.
Locksmith and welding sector
Among our CO2 welding machines, we use top MIG machines such as KEMPPI, Var-stroj, Wurth. We also provide welding services with a Wurth TIG welding machine for INOX.
Profiles are cut with a semi-automatic band saw Cormak S200R.
Painting and coating sector
In our powder coating department, we have two coating furnaces with dimensions 4100 x 1400x 2000 with a power of 32kW and 2800 x 1000 x 1800 with a power of 24kW, powder application chambers and powder application devices.
In addition to coating, we also provide a compressor painting service for metal.
Sheet metal processing sector
In the sheet metal processing sector, we have a machine park for cutting, bending, punching and trimming sheets.
- CNC Hydraulic sheet bending machine – CNC Press brake, maximum dimensions for bending 3200x4mm steel sheet as well as 3200x2mm INOX sheet,
- Sheet metal cutting machine – shearing machine, maximum dimensions for cutting 3200x4mm or INOX sheet 3200x2mm,
- 25 ton sheet metal punching machine of the IMAC brand,
- Sheet metal cutting machine,
- Spot welding machine – 25kW spot welding machine of the Var-stroj brand,
- Pneumatic machines for bending sheets of smaller dimensions,
- Electric scissors of smaller dimensions,
- Manual sheet metal processing machines.
Metal and non-metal processing sector
In the metal and non-metal processing sector, we own a machine park for turning, milling and drilling steel, light metals and non-metals.
- 3-axis CNC milling machine – CNC router for processing light metals and non-metals, dimensions 1000x700x100mm,
- Universal milling machine for metal processing, power 3kw, working table dimensions 1500x350mm,
- Universal lathe power 3kw, 410x1500mm,
- Small lathe of brand KRUSIK PC 25, 2.3kW, 100x300mm,
- Automatic column drill CORMAK WS32BGP.
Consulting and Engineering Sector
In the consulting sector we have experienced engineers in the field of mechanical engineering.
Within the sector, we provide the service of creating technical documentation (3D model, drawings) in software intended for 3D modeling.
Pipe bending machine
In addition to others, we have a mandrel bending machine for round pipes with a 5.5kW power.
